Join The Resistance is an introductory weight lifting program designed for people who are either new to working out or haven’t been to the gym in awhile. The training sessions include many compound movements that may be challenging for beginners, so it’s important to start light with the weights until you’re completely comfortable with the exercises. You can always check the exercise library videos available on my BearBones Training app and MoreFunnyThanFit Youtube Channel for further guidance, or email me with any questions.

I’m currently accepting payment through PayPal, bank transfer, and shortly I will introduce a direct payment link here on the site. Once payment is made in full, you’ll receive your first workouts and we will schedule an introductory video call.

I’m currently only accepting one-on-one personal training clients in Dubai at FitRepublik (located in Dubai Sports City) and StudioRepublik (located on Sheikh Zayed Road.)
